Live Animal Return Policy

We guarantee the health of our reptiles for 7 days from the date of delivery. If your reptile arrives unhealthy or becomes ill within this period, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Photos: Send clear photos of the reptile and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Return Authorization: Wait for our team to provide a return authorization and further instructions.

Return Conditions

  • Original Packaging: The reptile must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Health Verification: A veterinarian’s statement may be required to confirm the health issue.

Non-Animal Product Return Policy

  • 14-Day Return Policy: Non-animal products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
